8k8k Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8k8k platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or using any service on this site. By registering or continuing to use 8k8k, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold one account on 8k8k. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8k8k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
You must notify 8k8k promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
Users must not:
- Share account credentials with any other person.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform operations.
- Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on 8k8k are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment channels available in the platform's deposit section. We support local e-wallets and Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, among other methods listed at the time of transaction.
You agree that all funds deposited into your 8k8k account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. 8k8k reserves the right to request proof of payment method or source of funds at any time.
Deposits are generally processed quickly but processing times may vary by payment channel. 8k8k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. In the event of a failed transaction where funds were debited from your account but not credited to your balance, please contact support with your transaction reference.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform's deposit section. 8k8k may update these limits without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability and Platform Usage Rules
8k8k provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8k and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Any attempt to exploit system errors, manipulate outcomes, collude with other users, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
8k8k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A user has violated these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
- The user is found to be ineligible (e.g., underage or located in a prohibited jurisdiction).
- A user has provided false or misleading registration information.
- Required verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period.
Upon account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. For voluntary account closures, users may contact support to request closure and withdrawal of any eligible remaining balance in accordance with the applicable withdrawal process.
All content on the 8k8k platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 8k8k or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
7. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Law
8k8k may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the effective date noted. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
